PreparationBoil 1,5 liters of water (50.72 fl.oz), pour carefully the polenta flour avoiding lumps, mix and cook for 3/5 minutes, stir regulary.


Ingredients: corn flour*, dehydrated black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vittadini and relative group)* 1,5%, sea salt, natural aroma*.
* organically grown.

Net weight: 200 g (7.05 oz).

Expiration date: 18 months from the sterilization date.
