Some people even would use it dirt,\u00a0they fear of losing the fragrance, or ruin it. The right way to revitalize their flavour is to wash them with a brush under a cold water jet.<\/p>\n

Important:\u00a0in this operation, don\u2019t leave the truffle soaking and don\u2019t scratch\u00a0too strong;\u00a0specially with the White Truffle which is more delicate. Once cleaned from the soil, it must rest for about 10 minutes\u00a0wrapped in some blotting paper\u00a0and it\u2019s finally ready to be used in our dishes.
