When the wine fully evaporated we\u2019ll start to add a little bit at a time some boiling broth, mix everything to do not stick to the bottom of the pan.<br \/>\nMeanwhile, in another pan, put the single cream and the robiola cheese, add pepper as taste\u00a0and let it all melt in water bath amalgamating softly; keep this cream warm.<br \/>\nNow it\u2019s time to cook the rice: when the broth\u00a0it\u2019s almost evaporated\u00a0whisk it with some butter crumbed and grated grana padano cheese.<br \/>\nServe the rice in single dishes leaving a little hole in the middle where we\u2019ll put the melted robiola cream.<br \/>\nComplete the dish with a rain of sliced truffles.<\/p>\n<p>For the sweetest teeth, I suggest to add some truffle slices even in the preparation of the robiola cream.<\/p>\n<p>In case of lack of fresh truffle in season, you can replace it with ours\u00a0<a href=\"\/?p=5506\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">black summer truffle flakes<\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0<a href=\"\/?p=5502\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">organic black summer truffle crumbs<\/a>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row type=&#8221;full_width_content&#8221;
