Risotto with truffle

Preparation: Pour rice in a pot, cover it with boiling broth, continue cooking for 15 – 18 minutes adding broth every time it is withdrawn.

Once cooked, add a butter nut to get the dough.

Ingredients: Carnaroli rice*, dehydrated black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vittadini and relative group)* 1,5%, sea salt, natural aroma*.
*organically grown.

Net weight: 200 g (7.05 oz).

Expiration date: 18 months from the sterilization date.
