- 400 gr of minced beef
- 80 gr of Grana Padano cheese
- 20 ml of single cream
- 90 gr di La Tartufata al 5%
- Salt and pepper as taste
For a perfect truffle-burger place the minced meat in a pot, add salt and pepper and half of the content of the “La Tartufata al 5%” sauce.
Combine and form into patties.
Meanwhile heat a nonstick pan on high for 5 minutes until extremely hot.
Cook the burgers.
Meanwhile prepare the cheese and cream sauce.
It is very easy to make: you just need to pour the single cream in a bowl, add the grated cheese and whisk energically.
When everything is ready you just need to place the burgers on the hot buns, pour the cheese sauce on it and add one more spoon of “La Tartufata al 5%”.
